Job Description

• Identification of regulatory/ statutory requirements pertaining to IT and IS.

• Formalizing actionable and ensure implementation of the requirements as prescribed.

• Review of policies/ processes for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirement and minimizing the compliance risk.

• Conducting ongoing review and monitoring of IT & IS department to ensure adherence to the requirements prescribed. 

• Ensure timely reporting of IT related issues to the Board/ Committees/ RBI and CERT IN.

• Good Communication & interpretations skills.

• Multi Tasking.
