• Called to Existing customer from Expired pool and to be expired pool to inform them about Re

• finance or closure using script.

• Answering question about product or the company for Re
• finance and Closure.

• Asking Question to understand customer requirement for Re
• finance.

• Enter customer information in database (Toolyt).

• Take and process in an accurate manner with define tools (Toolyt).

• Direct connect with the Field sales and collection team where and when needed.

• Keep records of call and sales notes or remark or useful information.

• Achieve Sales and Expired case close target from Assigned Hub or Data.

• Ability to meet target and perform well under timeline or in pressure.

• Preferably from NBFC/Banking background.

• Proven experience in Sales or collection.

• Strong inter
• personal skills.

• Should be able to manage data in well manner.

• Excellent written and oral communication.
